CONSULTANCY AND DEVELOPMENT

At the Association of MBAs, we actively encourage institutions to improve the quality of their programmes. In addition to accreditation, we offer consultancy and developmental services for those institutions wishing to improve any or all aspects of their programmes.

QUALITY ASSESSMENT SCHEME
This consultancy service applies to institutions that have the long-term aspiration of gaining accreditation. The Accreditation Team undertakes a gap analysis whereby characteristics of the institution’s provision are analysed against the Association’s accreditation criteria. The institution receives a report that outlines key areas of improvement for the school to consider in the next stage of the development of their programmes.

DEVELOPMENTAL ANALYSIS
Drawing on our Faculty of Assessors and in-house experience, this developmental service offers advice with regards to all aspects of business and management education. This service is available both to accredited and non-accredited institutions. Examples of areas for consideration include: curriculum design, faculty development, and assessment.
